Anthony has dedicated his life’s work to bettering the environment. From his days at UWM when he joined WISPIRG and co-authored initiatives to help protect the Amazon Rainforest, to his work today protecting freshwater through Smart Stormwater Systems at Sustainablu and educating architects, engineers and building owners on cutting edge environmental building innovation for Sika Corp, Anthony’s career is focused on making the world a better place for future generations.

Anthony is the proud husband of Krystal Mayer, the Director of Organizational Development at Children’s Wisconsin, the father of Zoianna (14 @ Dominican High School) and Izaiah (12 @ St. Robert of Newminster Middle School). Anthony and Krystal were married at Old St. Mary’s Church in downtown Milwaukee in 2007 and are proud members of the Family of Five Parishes. Their children attended Catholic East from 2014-2023 and Zoianna graduated in 2023 from CEE. Anthony is a devoted Catholic, an outspoken voice on the “Right to Life” and is apostolic on the sanctity of the Catholic Church.

In Anthony’s free time, which he wishes there was much more, he is a sports and travel enthusiast. He is a die-hard Milwaukee Brewers Fan, Lake Park Little League Baseball Coach, downhill skier, soccer, basketball and volleyball player, and loves to hike and get off the beaten path to as remote locations as possible. When there is time to travel, he loves immersing himself into other cultures and touring historical architectural monuments and cities. In retirement, Anthony hopes to use his travel and worldly experiences in preserving historic Milwaukee homes for future generations to enjoy.

As a Catholic East Advisory Board Member since 2018, Anthony looks forward to continuing to use his talents to assist Catholic East Elementary in providing Urban Catholic Education for decades to come.
